Join us for our inaugural sausage making workshop at the farm. This is a hands on intimate experience where you will learn the art of making 4 types of Italian sausages. The day includes a farm tour and two course lunch in the barn in front of a French fire. At the end of the day you will have the knowledge of how to make your own sausages, along with some recipes and 2kg of sausages to take home.
