Warm up this winter with a night of sensory discovery and story telling. Set in the beauty of our barn in front of a roaring fire place our winter long table event features three courses paired with hand crafted beverages from three north west distillers. Each coarse will also feature a local gin, whisky or liqueur as a key ingredient.

Imagine a feast of slow cooked sticky pork belly with winter gin as a starter
and smoked lamb shoulder whisky sauce as a main, followed by a coffee liquer inspired dessert created by our French pastry chef Jeremy.

Throughout the night you will be able to sample the wares of Alchemy Distillery, Sandy Gray Whiskey and Hellyer’s Road Distillery. This is a a special occasion as it will be the first time the three whiskey distillers of the region have come together to showcase their products and tell their stories. The night will also feature local music from a surprise guest artist.
