We are seeking a head chef to lead  the kitchen when catering for functions and festivals on farm along with events off-farm.

In addition the role will be responsible for creating weekly menus for in-house guests along with diners in the restaurant.

The successful applicant must be able to work independently and to lead a team.

Experience in butchery and charcuterie is preferred. The applicant must have a passion for seasonal cooking and paddock to plate cooking from a garden or local sources. Some experience in kitchen gardening would also be beneficial. Some experience as a pastry chef is also beneficial.

This is a level 6 position so the applicant would have to demonstrate the relevant level of experience.

We’re also seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us in the areas of hospitality both front of house and in the kitchen. We would offer traineeships and apprenticeships to the right individuals. It’s an exciting opportunity  to join our team as we are set to launch our accomodation and start a new chapter at the farm.
