The classic Italian favourite has been super popular since we introduced it two years ago. We make our porchetta by rolling the loin and belly of one of our free range rare breed pigs with fresh sage from the garden, roasted fennel seeds, freshly cracked pepper, Old School Farm garlic, Tasmanian Sea Salt and a touch of chilli.
