We’re doing free home deliveries due to having excess stock because of the lockdown in the south. Just choose the meat, sausage and small good packs. You can also order your ham and Christmas goods but they won’t be ready until December. Please give us a call if you have any questions.

Our Italian style sausages have a cult following at markets around Tasmania and we're regularly told that they're the best sausages people have tried. All of our sausages are gluten free and are original recipes without fillers and preservatives. Flavours could include pork n fennel, traditional pork, toulouse, pork paprika and fennel.

    A hamper of some of the best artisan produce from the north west coast. It includes a box of our meat, some seasonal fruit and vegetables, a four pack of our cider, red cow organics feta cheese,  and a bunch of flowers from the garden.
  • A diverse range of cuts from our free range pigs and a full range of our delicious small goods. These boxes include prime cuts and slow cooking cuts, roasts,  pork mince along with all of the items in the small-goods pack. Let us know if you have special requests or preferences.
  • Our first batch of cider proved to be a big hit and early samples believe this years batch is even better. Although similar to last year this years batch is slightly drier and funkier with a really strong apple flavour.  The characteristics of our heritage cider apples are certainly evident. Made by Guy's younger brother Mark from Lost Pippin in the Derwent Valley, the easy drinking cider is a perfect compliment to our smoked ham and artisan produce.
