• The classic Italian favourite has been super popular since we introduced it two years ago. We make our porchetta by rolling the belly of one of our free range rare breed pigs with fresh sage from the garden, roasted fennel seeds, freshly cracked pepper, Old School Farm garlic, Tasmanian Sea Salt and a touch of chilli. So many delicious flavours with crispy crackling on the outside and  sweet and juicy in the middle. Like the roasts they come in a range of sizes to suit the size of your family. Stock limited.
  • A box of our delicious free range rare breed pork sausages, chorizo and bacon. All of our sausages are gluten free and are original recipes without fillers. Fresh pork sausages are preservative free.
  • A diverse range of meat from the farm including artisan small goods, free range pork and rare breed beef. These boxes include prime cuts and slow cooking cuts, roasts,  mince and at least 1kg of artisan sausages.
  • Our most popular Christmas ham option made from our rare breed free range pigs.  Being cooked on the bone has even more flavour and these hams can either be glazed or simply enjoyed sliced fresh. Christmas morning tradition at the farm has been opening the ham and carving it onto some beautiful sourdough bread with cultured butter. The other popular option is to glaze it and have it as a showpiece for your Christmas lunch. Like previous years you secure your ham with a deposit and pay the remainder on pick up when we know the final weight. This is likely to be our last Christmas where we will be producing our regular number of hams so don't miss out. We're not like a normal butcher or grocer that can order in more legs, we only can use the legs from the ethical pigs we produce at the farm.
